Roofs and façades
Roofs: cleaning and painting of roofs by rope access, without scaffolding. We remove moss and deposits, clean mechanically, paint sheet-metal and other coverings, seal joints, replace gutters and install snow guards.
Façades: pressure washing, painting, repair of defects, cleaning of glazing, emergency removal of loose façade fragments, repointing.
Winter: roof snow removal and removal of snow overhangs and icicles.
We select the scope and technology to suit the roofing type after inspection. Painting requires suitable weather conditions – the date is agreed with the client.

Who it is for
The service is intended for managers and owners of residential, office and public buildings, owners of halls and industrial buildings, and parishes and managers of historic buildings (see also: places of worship).
Why rope access
In many cases a roof or façade can be done without full-height scaffolding. This limits the impact on the building and its surroundings and, in occupied buildings, the inconvenience for residents and staff. Whether rope access is a better solution than scaffolding or a platform depends on the building; we give our assessment after inspection.
How the work goes
- inspection: condition of the covering, anchor points, access to the roof and the area below,
- choice of technology and paint system to suit the covering,
- scheduling with temperature and humidity in mind – painting requires suitable weather,
- securing the area below the work location,
- rope work and handover with the client.
In winter
Roof snow removal and removal of overhangs and icicles applies where lying snow or ice endangers people below or the structure. In your request, describe the building and the hazard and attach a photo – it makes assessing the scope easier.
