Places of worship and historic buildings

Work on church roofs and towers and on historic buildings: cleaning and painting of coverings, installation of elements (including crosses), sealing, glass replacement, anti-bird systems, inspections with photo documentation and measurements for installation. Rope access limits impact on the building and does not require scaffolding over the full height.

Our work includes St Maximilian’s Church in Zawiercie, St Anthony’s, St Stanislaus Kostka and St Adalbert churches in Częstochowa, the Sanctuary of the Blood of Christ in Częstochowa, and the roof of St Joseph’s Church in Popów.

Inspection of St Anthony’s Church tower in Częstochowa

Scope of work

  • cleaning and painting of roof and tower coverings,
  • installation of elements, including crosses,
  • sealing and glass replacement,
  • anti-bird systems,
  • inspections with photo documentation and measurements for installation.

Organisation of work

We agree the dates with the parish or building manager so that the work does not clash with services. For listed buildings, the conservation officer’s consent is usually obtained by the owner – at the quoting stage we explain which documents will be needed. Protecting stained glass, coverings and floors is also important.
