Industry and production plants
Rope work on production sites: pressure washing and cleaning of structures, anti-corrosion work, installation and repairs, cleaning of hall glazing, fall-protection systems. Rope access can shorten preparation compared with scaffolding and limits disruption to plant operations. Our experience includes steel and glass works, cement plants, a foundry, a coking plant and meat processing plants.

Who it is for
The service is intended for production, processing and logistics plants and for contractors and service companies working on their sites.
Organisation of work
In a production plant, rope work has to be coordinated with ongoing operations. Before starting, we agree among other things:
- the plant’s induction and health and safety training and the required authorisations,
- permits for hazardous work,
- dates and shutdown windows, so that production is not stopped unnecessarily,
- a risk assessment and protection of ropes against sharp edges, sparks and high temperatures,
- a rescue plan that takes the plant’s own emergency services into account.
